WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

Warranty Conditions
At Lena Muar, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. To ensure the warranty is valid, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and have a damage report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.

If you are not satisfied with any product, or if you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, we want you to know that we will do our best to rectify the situation. We believe that every purchase you make from us is a positive and enjoyable experience for you.


Return & Exchange Procedure
You can return or exchange the design you purchased from Lena Muar within 14 days, in new and unused condition, including all protective materials, any gifts included, tags, invoice, and delivery note. You must contact us via the online support section on our website or through the phone, WhatsApp, or email address provided to obtain a return tracking number.

We recommend sending your return/exchange items to us via registered mail. The customer is responsible for the items until they are received by Lena Muar, and return/exchange fees are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept responsibility for loss during delivery. After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item. The approval process for returns is completed within a maximum of 2 business days from the time the items reach us.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Please note that refunds for purchases made in installments via credit card will be processed in installments by your bank, and Lena Muar has no involvement in this process. The refund will remove any block on your credit limit, returning it to its original state. Your installment payments will continue to show as "-", but since the bank will add the relevant installment amount to your statement each month, you will not be making any installment payments.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Lena Muar does not accept returns/exchanges if the product shows any signs of wear, use, and/or alteration from its original condition.
  • Since rings are custom-made to your individual ring size, returns and exchanges are not accepted in the ring category.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging or tags have been opened.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for discounted items.
  • According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, consumers do not have the right to exchange or return goods purchased in cash at retail locations such as stores and workplaces, provided there is no defect in the goods.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, are no longer in resalable condition, cannot be sold to another customer, and whose invoice date is more than 30 days old.
